- WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY ?
We have 15-days Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:
- It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
- It should be unwashed with price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present .
- Packaged items, swimwear bottoms are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
- We have reverse pick up services basis on your area location pin code.
- Only three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel from customer.
- Only non-discounted products are eligible for return/exchange.
- How do I return an item?
- Call Customer Care (+91 8010819999) and inform us about the return or exchange that needs to take place. Identify with your Order Number
- Your package contains a Return and Exchange Form along with detailed instructions on how to return an item
- A reverse pick-up will be arranged by our courier partners depending upon your pin-code and only three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.
- Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check.
- Once the product clears the quality check, you will be issued with a coupon code which can be applied to your account, in lieu of your return. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
- Please allow 2-4 days for the processing of returns/exchanges.
- My area is not serviceable for return, how do I return my order?
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don’t worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by following the steps given below:
- We will request you to self- ship this item.
- Please send us the following items in a sealed bag:
- Brand Labels and Tags
- Price Tags/Shoe box
- Please mention Order ID on your shipment.
- Please courier the item to our Returns Address:

- Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed.
- Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
- Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Return.
We will reimburse your courier charges maximum up to INR 80 in form of coupon. It’s our way of saying “Thank you for taking the trouble!”
- Coupons are issued only on the return of a non-discounted product.
- A coupon is only valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Coupons can be redeemed on the purchase of discounted or non-discounted products.
- A coupon can be used for the Cart value equivalent to or more than the value of the coupon.
- A coupon cannot be used if the Cart value is less than the coupon value.
- A full price item can only be refunded thrice in exchange of a coupon.
- A coupon cannot be split into different amounts.
- Two or more coupons cannot be combined.
- Coupons are non-transferable.
We do not accept exchanges after 15 days of the date of delivery of the product.
We have a No CASH Refund policy. Refund will be processed in terms of coupon only.
We have a no return/ exchange policy on the sale of sunglasses.
SALE products are considered final sale.
