Featuring two of the best in the game - Anamika Singh, who owns the home-grown made-in-india tea brand ‘Anandini Himalayan Tea’ and Chef Ruchira Hoon, from The Piano Man itself, this ‘taste-tea’ workshop will take you through tasting different kinds of teas and infusions from around the globe, how to blend them harmoniously and exploring to make your own ‘perfect’ blend. Move over your regular recipes as Chef Ruchira demonstrates the quirkiest ‘tea recipes’ in town and teaches you how the tea at home can be put to use in everyday cooking from sandwiches and salads to even deserts in some of the most unique ways.
