  • How do I know my size?
    We have provided size charts for each body type. Moreover, every garment has its own size wise measurements provided in its description to give you a better idea. You may also consult our fashion stylish at 8010819999 to know about the actual garment sizes. Please refer to our “Garment Measurement” TAB for more details.
  • What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
    We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to your bank.
  • International shipping policies

    1.Is Vajor shipping internationally?

    Yes, Vajor does international shipping with minimum order value of $150 for Clothing & Cushion covers only.

    2.What is the process of placing an international order?

    Kindly mail us at info@vajor.com along with the details of the products (size, quantity), postal address with contact details. Vajor team will get in touch within 1-2 working days to take the discussions ahead.

    3.Which payment methods are accepted at Vajor for international orders?

    The international shipments are available only for prepaid orders. Kindly note that there will be certain extra charges based on the country we ship to. Also the custom duty as per the actual is to be also paid at customer's end while accepting the order. The cards accepted : Paypal & PayU.

    4.How much time does it take for the order to be delivered?

    Shipment takes 4-10 business days to arrive however the final delivery will depend on the country where the products are to be shipped & availability of the products. Our customer care team will be in constant touch with you throughout the delivery of your shipment.

    Courier partner will make 3 valid delivery attempts and if the package is still undelivered (either refused by the customer or if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address ) the refund policy will not be applicable there.

    5.How are the returns & exchanges handled for international orders?

    Vajor endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. To report damage/defect during transit, you can either opt for a full refund or an exchange. To process any such claims, customers must notify Vajor with a photograph of the damaged product within 2 days of receipt of the product. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

    We don’t facilitate reverse pick up for international orders. The cost of returning the product has to be borne by the customer.

    The 15 days exchange/return warranty is not applicable for orders that are delivered outside India and would cover only manufacturing defects within 2 days of delivery of the product.

    6. Can I change or cancel my order?

    Since we have a very small time frame between receiving and fulfilling your order, at this time, you cannot change or cancel your order once it is acknowledged.
