Return / Exchange policy for deep discounted products?

We don’t have return/exchange policy on the sale of deep discounted products. Deep discounted products will be considered as “FINAL SALE” products.

How do I exchange a product for END of Season Sale product?

To cancel your order, send us an e-mail at or give us a buzz at 0124-4302970 within 24 business hours of placing order. You will receive the confirmation of cancellation on your registered e-mail ID. If pre-paid order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.

  • If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on Vajor’s Returns Policy.
We have 15-days exchange Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:
  • Under our “End of Season” policy, the sale product can be exchanged with different size of the same product itself. Due to limited stock and heavy discounts, the product you ordered cannot be exchanged with a different product
  • “End of Season” sale products can be exchanged only once in case of a size issue.
  • The product should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any makeup or smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
We do not have any Exchange on Bags/Jewellery/Sunglasses/Belt/Hats.

We will request you to self- ship this item. Please send us the following items in a sealed bag with product, Brand Labels and Tags, Price Tags/Shoe box, Please mention Order ID on your shipment.

Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!

Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Return.

No Returns will be accepted on end of season products.

What if returned product couldn’t pass the Quality Check?

Vajor has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality –check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
