Return / Exchange Policy For Deep Discounted Products?

We don’t have a return/exchange policy on the sale of deeply discounted products. Deeply discounted products will be considered as “FINAL SALE” products.

How Do I Exchange A Product For END Of Season Sale Product?

To cancel your order, send us an e-mail at info@vajor.com or give us a buzz at 9821493121 within 24 business hours of placing an order. You will receive the confirmation of the cancellation of your registered e-mail ID. If pre-paid order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.

  • If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on Vajor’s Returns Policy.

We Have 15-Days Exchange Policy, Which Is Applicable Under These Circumstances:

  • Under our “End of Season” policy, the sale product can be exchanged with different sizes of the same product itself. Due to limited stock and heavy discounts, the product you ordered cannot be exchanged with a different product
  • “End of Season” sale products can be exchanged only once in case of a size issue.
  • The product should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any makeup or smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odor, body deodorant, perfume, etc.)

We Do Not Have Any Exchange On Bags/Jewellery/Sunglasses/Belt/Hats.

We will request you to self- ship this item. Please send us the following items in a sealed bag with product, Brand Labels, and Tags, Price Tags/Shoebox, Please mention Order ID on your shipment.

Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, a post that we will process your exchange/Return.

No returns will be accepted on end of season products.
