- RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DEEP DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS?
We don’t have return/exchange policy on the sale of deep discounted products. Deep discounted products will be considered as “FINAL SALE” products.

- How do I exchange a product for END of Season Sale product?
We have 15-days exchange Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:
- It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
- It should be unwashed with price tags, brand tags; shoe-box and all original packaging must be present.
- End of season sales products can be exchanged only once.
- End of season policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product.Different size can be provided if the size you ordered does not fit you well.
- We do not have any Exchange on Bags/Jewellery/Sunglasses/Belt/Hats.
- Packaged items, swimwear bottoms are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
- There will be no reverse pick up services for Sale products.
- We will request you to self- ship this item.
- Please send us the following items in a sealed bag:
- Brand Labels and Tags
- Price Tags/Shoe box
- Please mention Order ID on your shipment.

- Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed and in intact condition.
- Notify us via phone/email about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
- Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange.
- No Returns will be accepted on end of season products.
