  • RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DEEP DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS?

    We don’t have return/exchange policy on the sale of deep discounted products. Deep discounted products will be considered as “FINAL SALE” products.

  • How do I exchange a product for END of Season Sale product?

    We have 15-days exchange Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:

    • It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
    • It should be unwashed with price tags, brand tags; shoe-box and all original packaging must be present.
    • End of season sales products can be exchanged only once.
    • End of season policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product.Different size can be provided if the size you ordered does not fit you well.
    • We do not have any Exchange on Bags/Jewellery/Sunglasses/Belt/Hats.
    • Packaged items, swimwear bottoms are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
    • There will be no reverse pick up services for Sale products.
    • We will request you to self- ship this item.
      • Please send us the following items in a sealed bag:
      • Product
      • Brand Labels and Tags
      • Price Tags/Shoe box
      • Please mention Order ID on your shipment.

    • Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed and in intact condition.
    • Notify us via phone/email about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
    • Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange.
    • No Returns will be accepted on end of season products.
